Since 1989, Visit San Antonio has offered professional, uniformed and bonded temporary event staff to provide additional onsite administration support during meetings/conferences. Our staff is trained to assist with registration, badge checking, bag stuffing and more. You can also hire an on-site working supervisor to manage the temporary staff.
Our temporary staff are Certified Tourism Ambassadors (CTA). This national certification increases knowledge and passion for the San Antonio area, which they enthusiastically share with your attendees.
Our staff’s sole focus is to serve the meetings industry in San Antonio. Working at San Antonio hotels, venues and the Henry B. González Convention Center, they are well versed with these locations.
