"Once again we had another successful convention in San Antonio! It is one of the top destination favorites for our members. We could not have asked for better facilities, service, food - overall a phenomenal job by the city. San Antonio gets it! They know how to do meetings!"

"San Antonio is THE complete package! It offers an excellent hotel block with easy access to the Convention Center, restaurants, shopping and the ... Riverwalk. The Convention Center is beautiful with an abundance of natural light and positively out of the ordinary as you watch the river boats go by below. The quality of the food at the Center will leave attendees raving and the service is above par. The Convention Bureau is attentive to all of your needs before, during and after the meeting. The 2011 SNM Annual Meeting in San Antonio is being called “one of the best”. Thank you San Antonio for helping SNM earn this worthy designation…..attendees and staff can’t wait to go back!"

The CVB Staff is a group of consummate professionals and I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for you all. Thanks for making me and my staff look good. We appreciate all the extra time and effort you put into helping to make this session one of the most memorable in recent years."

The most memorable thing about San Antonio is the people. People in the city are friendly and helpful. The Bureau representatives go out of their way to be sure that no detail is overlooked. The hoteliers and Convention Center staff go above and beyond to be sure that all attendees have everything they need.
Convenience is important to people planning a meeting and to those attending a meeting. San Antonio is a wonderful city for convention attendees and meeting planners alike. Everything a convention attendee needs is within walking distance. The hotels are close to the Convention Center. Shopping is close to the convention center. Restaurants and the Riverwalk are close to the Convention Center. Additional meeting rooms are close to the Convention Center. Even History(the Alamo) is close to the Convention Center.
The Riverwalk hosts restaurants, shops , water taxis , and tourists. The splendid weather and the Hispanic influence contribute to the holiday feeling.
And in these economic times, San Antonio stands out because it is so economical. San Antonio is a city that is caring, friendly , unique and affordable. It is a wonderful city for a convention.
Thanks for making me and my staff look good. We appreciate all the extra time and effort you put into helping to make this session one of the most memorable in recent years."

"San Antonio’s appeal to our attendees was evident in the number of positive comments we received from our survey results noting the friendliness of the community, the number of entertainment and restaurant options, and the ability to combine education, association business and networking in a venue which meets the association’s goals for the annual meeting."

"San Antonio is the best facility for this event. It can handle the numerous sessions PLRB requires. One person told me "it should be here every year" not practical but it is the best facility I have attended for PLRB"
