This is where the horses were maintained when visitors arrived at 'The Watering Hole', William Jackson's name for his Stagecoach Stop out back, built in 1853, currently on the National Historic Register.The Carriage House has been utilized by faculty, students, film professionals, massage therapists, and visitors to this fair city. It is 1,000-square-feet with a queen bed downstairs and two twins in the tiny loft. There is a dining area, living room with television, full kitchen and bar.
