By reserving the Lambert Room of the Jingu House, your guests can enjoy a variety of custom blended teas and freshly made foods. Located on the grounds of the Japanese Tea Garden, the recently restored Jingu House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A guided tour of the Japanese Tea Gardens after tea will allow guests to fully embrace this cultural gem of San Antonio.
Artisan Chocolate Tasting & Demonstration - Choicolate
Our tasting event is a great combination of information about chocolate (history, techniques and more), demonstration and, of course, tasting. Tasting includes Choicolate’s signature truffles and couverture chocolates from different origins. This will be a fun, informational and sweet experience. Birding Tours of Mitchell Lake Wildlife Refuge - Mitchell Lake Audubon Center
Explore a 1,200-acre site that is a known birding site on the Central Flyway. Over 300 species have been seen here, and the site provides birding experiences for all skill levels and interests. Tours are best done in the morning hours, particularly in summer months.

Marisol Deluna Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization formed to support the education and mentoring of students and professionals in the fashion and design arts in Texas. They offer classes in their shop at La Villita to make pet or baby items and small purses or wallets.
Tequila Tasting – Rio Rio Cantina
Take a tour of tequila’s history without leaving the San Antonio River Walk. Rio Rio Cantina’s Tequila Team Building session is designed to encourage bonding and ignite creativity. We’ll teach your team the history, geographic origins, and distillation process of tequila from raw plant to bottling. Together we’ll explore the three ages of tequila and conduct a tasting of blanco (“white”), reposado (“rested”) and añejo (“aged”) varieties.
